How Does CoolSculpting Work?
After your initial appointment to create your CoolSculpting treatment, your first procedure will be planned. At your appointment, the CoolSculpting handpiece and a special gel pad will be used on the treatment area, and controlled cooling will begin. The cooling, delivered through the handpiece, will start to attack and paralyze the fat cells. You will likely experience a cold sensation during your procedure, but this typically does not cause significant discomfort.
